Standard Express: 15-60 days, free shipping
Fast Express: UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx time: 4-25 days, requires an additional $20-40 shipping fee
Customs and Shipping
Most international orders are subject to the customs and tax regulations implemented by the specified countries/regions. Please consult your local customs for details. (We promise to exempt customers from or reduce customs duties.)
Transportation Issues
If your international order is damaged or not received at all, you need to contact sales for confirmation. If you do not receive the goods at all, for standard express (usually ePacket), we will provide compensation via the free shipping channel within 30-60 days after shipment.
FedEx will promptly reimburse within 15-25 days.
Product Quality Issues
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving the package for handling.
